New · in-app pages
Process chart & data-entry guidelines
Two real pages in the app — /process and /guidelines — not external docs. Linked from the nav bar and the home page.

Stage 1 · Know yourself
Self-evaluation — the step before anyone else sees you
- 18 auto-scored questions across 9 sections — same form as registration
- Aarti: 100/100, Excellent Readiness — computed the instant she submits
- This score feeds directly into Stage 3 (Character & Values) matching later
- Entirely private until the applicant chooses what to reveal

Stage 1–3 · Free
Registration is free, franchise-scoped
- Applicant picks a franchise branch by code (BLR01, KCH01, MUM01)
- Aadhar / Passport captured — encrypted before it ever touches disk
- Terms of Service acceptance required, timestamped
- Auto-logged-in immediately — no separate login step needed

Stage 4 gate
Dual approval — platform + franchise
- Registration never needs approval — only Stage 4+ (shortlist, matching) does
- Admin dashboard shows real platform-wide stats
- Fully authorized count, gender split, branch count — live, not static
- Neither approval alone is enough, verified with real HTTP tests

Fraud control
Flagging removes a profile from shortlists
- Any admin or the applicant's own franchise manager can flag, with a reason
- Karthik Iyer flagged here — “Duplicate phone number reported”
- Flagged rows highlighted red across every admin view
- Excluded from every other applicant's shortlist the moment it's set

Franchise ops
Each branch runs its own queue
- Antarang Bengaluru manager sees only their own applicants
- Approve, and grant +5 shortlist matches, per applicant
- Branch code (BLR01) shown everywhere for clarity
- A Kochi manager could never see or touch this queue

Reference checks
References become actionable, not decorative
- Dr. Vijay Nair marked Verified — with a note on what was confirmed
- Meera Pillai still Not Contacted — visibly incomplete
- Only visible to admin or the applicant's own franchise branch
- Turns two names on a form into a real verification workflow

Stage 4 · Mode 1
Automated shortlist — Rohan ranks first
- Rohan Verma: 100/100, same city as Aarti — Strong Match
- Karthik Iyer: 74/100, itemized unmatched points shown
- Vikram Nair (Kochi): 92/100 but ranks below Bengaluru matches
- Locality genuinely reorders the list — not just a tiebreaker

Live data
Stage 4 · Mode 2
“Their Primary Choice” — a different lens
- Ranks by whether each candidate's OWN stated expectation includes Aarti
- Not the same ranking as Mode 1 — a genuinely different question
- Full itemized checklist per candidate, not just a score
- Answers: “who is actually looking for someone like me?”

Stage 4 · Review
Section-by-section, score shown before accepting
- Stage 1 (Hard Filters) shown first — Stage 2 stays hidden until accepted
- Every itemized point visible: religion, age, qualification, location…
- Full decision log — who accepted what, and when
- Mirrors the manual RM review process, now data-driven

Stage 5
Mutual interest, detected automatically
- Aarti expressed interest in Rohan; Rohan expressed interest back
- The moment both sides match, both get notified — “It's mutual!”
- Approval and shortlist-extension notifications also land here
- All in-app — no email/SMS provider configured yet, by design

Platform view
One report, every branch, real numbers
- Bengaluru: 4 registered, 3 fully authorized
- Kochi: 1 registered, fully authorized
- 3 total interest actions, 1 confirmed mutual match
- Same funnel available to each franchise, scoped to their own branch

Stage 5 · New
Mutual interest ≠ mutually agreed factors
- Express Interest alone only unlocks an invitation to actually review
- A match isn't final until BOTH sides accept every stage independently
- One-sided completion is labeled plainly — never mistaken for final
- Nisha & Arjun: both reviewed, both accepted — genuinely mutual

Stage 5 · New
Both sides notified — not just the one who finished
- Mutual interest notification links straight to the review, not a dead end
- One person finishing their review alone stays silent to the other side
- Only the SECOND completion fires “Factors mutually agreed” — to both
- A verified, tested trail — not just a status flag flipped quietly
